Your wedding day should feel exciting, relaxed and completely your own - not like a race against the clock. A thoughtfully planned timeline gives every part of the celebration room to breathe, from the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the final song of the night.

At Priory Barn & Cottages, the beauty of an exclusive-use wedding is that you can settle in, slow down and enjoy more than just a few fleeting hours together. With seven cottages sleeping upto 29 guests onsite, your closest friends and family can be part of the experience from the moment preparations begin.

Every wedding is different, but the sample timeline below is a helpful starting point for a ceremony at 1.30pm.

1.00pm - Guests start to arrive

1.30pm - Ceremony

2.00pm - Confetti shot

Drinks reception, Photographs

3.30pm - Call guests into the marquee

3.45pm - Call the newlyweds into the marquee

Wedding breakfast - we usually allocate 2 hours for a 3 course meal

5.45pm - Speeches

7.00pm - Evening guests arrive

7.45pm - Cutting of the cake and first dance

PARTY!

9.00pm - Evening food served

11.30pm - Last orders at the bar

Midnight - Carriages!
